Ingredients to make Coconut shots

  • 25 gram Desecrated coconut
  • 180 gram White chocolate
  • 75 gram fresh cream
  • 100 gram dark chocolate
  • 4-5 drops coconut essence

How to make Coconut shots

  1. Temper white chocolate ( follow my chocolate tempering recipe)
  2. Boil cream over medium heat
  3. Mix tempered chocolate and cream. Add coconut essence.
  4. Keep aside the dough for 10 minutes at room temperature. Coconut fudge is ready.
  5. Take a deep mould. Make a cavity by using tempered dark chocolate ( for cavity refer my peanut surprise recipe )
  6. Fill the cavity with coconut fudge and garnish with desecrated coconut.

My Tip:

Store at cool place(25 degree) in an airtight container.
