Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kulchas 8
  2. Paneer (cottage cheese)1 bowl
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. Some green coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red pepper powder to taste
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Butter 50 gram
  11. Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. If have leftover paneer with gravy then remove paneer pieces from gravy
  2. Now crush the paneer
  3. Put oil on a pan on medium heat
  4. Add finely chopped onion and capsicum
  5. Fry well
  6. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli
  7. Add crushed paneer
  8. Add salt and pepper powder
  9. Add garam masala
  10. Add chopped green coriander leaves
  11. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes
  12. Take one kulcha
  13. Spread paneer stuffing on it equally
  14. Cover it with another kulcha
  15. Brush butter on both surfaces
  16. Grill it in sandwich griller for 2 minutes
  17. Serve hot with tomato sauce
