Bread idlis are made with leftover bread and potato sabzi

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread slices 4
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Dry Aloo sabzi 5-6. Tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Oil 2 -3 tbsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix chilli powder and turmeric in a curd
  2. Now place a little potato mix on the cut out bread piece and spread it out evenly.
  3. Keep aside
  4. In a pan ,heat a little oil over low heat, place the bread idli potato side down over the hot oil
  5. Spread the chilli turmeric curd over the idli
  6. Cover and cook for 2- 3 min.
