Peri Peri /Piri Piri or Pili Pili is South African masala or sauce it is made of Caribbean bird eye Chilli ,invented and introduced in India by Portuguese.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli 8 pieces
  2. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  3. Corn flour 2 tablespoon
  4. Peri Peri masala one tablespoon


  1. First make pieces of all idli
  2. Make corn flour cilory with added some salt
  3. Spread breadcrumbs inthe plate
  4. Deep idli in corn flour cilory
  5. And then coat with bread crumbs .
  6. Put it in oil for frying.
  7. Fry it in medium high flame
  8. Take it out in plate.
  9. Sprinkle peri peri masala.
  10. And serve it hot.
