Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sandwich bread 8 to 10 slices
  2. PERI Peri Sauce
  3. Hung curd 1 cup
  4. Peri peri spice 3 tbsp
  5. Grated carrots 2
  6. Cabbage finely chopped 1/4
  7. FOR ASSEMBLING
  8. Silced cucumbers 2
  9. Sliced tomatoes 2
  10. Sliced capsicum 1
  11. Sliced onions 1 optional
  12. Garnish
  13. Sec some

Instructions

  1. Make the hung curd by placing the curd in a muslin cloth and leave it overnight
  2. In the hung curd add the Peri peri spice
  3. Mix and divide the batter into 2 parts
  4. In 1 part Add the grated carrots and sliced cabbage and prepare a coleslaw
  5. Apply butter on the bread
  6. Spread the coleslaw
  7. Arrange the sliced capsicum
  8. Arrange the sliced tomatoes
  9. Spread the sliced cucumbers
  10. Top with another slice of bread,spreading the Peri peri sauce over it(spread the plain spread without the carrot and cabbage)
  11. Sprinkle some sec and serve with more sauce
