ABOUT Maggi Peri peri Chopsuey RECIPE

Peri Peri , a new flavour of Maggi, gave the old Maggi colour and taste, making it like chopsuey with egg white seeped in and soft yolk on top, a not very spicy taste. Try the twist and enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 packet Peri Peri Maggi
  2. 1 egg
  3. One spring onion
  4. Salt to taste (optional)


  1. Put the water to boil with Tastemaker of Peri Peri Maggi
  2. Open up the maggi in a plate
  3. Add to boiling water and cook 2 minutes
  4. Add sum chopped spring onion and cook 2-3minutes
  5. Now break the egg on this almost cooked maggi and let it Set
  6. See that maggi is done as you break the egg
  7. Put off flame as egg white starts setting
  8. Serve with bread or as it is for a breakfast meal
