A Healthy maggi soup with veggies and chicken to tantalise your taste buds. It is not only a soup but a full meal in itself.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for soup
  2. Peri peri Maggi 2 packets
  3. Diced Carrot 1
  4. Spring onions 2 sprigs
  5. Diced cabbage 20 grams
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper according to taste
  8. Chicken stock 400 ml
  9. Ingredients for Chicken Tikka
  10. Chicken cubes 250 grams
  11. Deghi Mirch powder 1/2 tea spoon
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. Curd 4 tablespoon
  14. Black pepper according to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken cubes with the ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Take a pan and put chicken stock to boil along with the vegetables excluding spring onion for seven minutes or till slightly done.
  3. In the meantime shallow fry the marinated chicken tikka in a frying pan till done.
  4. Empty the contents of the maggi packet excluding the spice mix in the chicken stock with vegetables and let it boil for two minutes.
  5. Add the maggi spice mix, black pepper and salt according to taste.
  6. Pour the soup in the bowl and top it up with chicken tikka as in the picture
  7. Your healthy peri peri maggi chicken tikka talumein is ready.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve it
