Ingredients to make Leftover Gulab jamun kulfi

  • Leftover gulab jamun 6 pcs
  • Milk 1ltr
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • sugar 2 spoon
  • cashew pwdr 1cup
  • Milk pwdr 1 cup
  • butter scotch essence few drops

How to make Leftover Gulab jamun kulfi

  1. First boiled the milk& reduce in half quantity,
  2. When the milk is getting thick consistency add milk pwdr,
  3. & mix it well,after that add condensed milk,
  4. Sugar,
  5. Cashew nut pwdr,add all & mix it nicely
  6. Then cut the Gulab jamuns in small pcs& add into the milk mixture ,
  7. At last add butter scotch essence * mix it,& switch of the flame
  8. When it's cooled pour into kulfi mould
  9. &refrigerated for 2 hrs
  10. After 2 hrs remove the kulfi to the mould
  11. Cut,& serve chilled

Essence is optional,
