Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups baby spinach (fresh)
  2. 1 banana (medium peeled frozen ripe sl
  3. 1 kiwi fruit (peeled and chopped)
  4. 1 tea spoon chia seeds
  5. 1 tea spoon hemp seeds
  6. 1/2 tea spoon flax seeds
  7. 1 small cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  8. 1 medium apple (peeled and chopped)
  9. 1/4 avocado (peeled and chopped)
  10. 150 ml water

Instructions

  1. Place the seeds, vegetables and fruits in the blender in this order. Process until smooth and then add the water.
