it's very good to use leftover roti and make delicious yummy snacks item for the evening time

Ingredients to make leftover Roti corn chaat

  • leftover Roti 4 piece
  • all purpose flour one spoon
  • water two spoon
  • oil for frying
  • ingredients for stuffing
  • Boiled sweet corn 1cup
  • Chopped tomatoe 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Black salt 1t4 tsp
  • Roasted cumin,red chilli pwdr 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Half lime juice

How to make leftover Roti corn chaat

  1. First take chapatis & devied in to 4 pcs
  2. Make white paste using of water & all purpose flour
  3. Then take 1 pcs of chapati & open ,apply the white mixture in between chapati
  4. Paste all cutting chapati s like thisn
  5. Now take 1 pc of chapati h apply the white mixture in one side
  6. Fold another side & make cone shape
  7. Make all the roti cone like this
  8. Now heat oil in a karahi in a medium flame
  9. Fry all the roti cone in hot oil till crunchy & change in to colour
  10. Take side all the fried crunchy roti cone in one side
  11. Now make stuffing;
  12. In a mixing bowl add all the stuffing ingredients and mix all together
  13. When the stuffing is ready,the take all the roti cones & pour the corn mixture in itn
  14. Now it's ready to eat..serve & enjoy the tasty crunchy roti cone chat.

My Tip:

U can also add some namkeen.
