Ingredients: 6 Fish boneless fillets; 1 egg; 1 cup Seasoned flour; Juice of 1 lemon; Salt to taste; Black pepper powder to taste; 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or plain breadcrumbs; 1 tbsp milk; 3 Burger Buns; Tartar sauce as per need; 3 cheese slices

ABOUT Copycat Mac Fish-O-Fillet RECIPE

My version of this popular burger on fast food menu. This is my favorite burger and I order it every time I visit Mac.

Ingredients Serving: 3

6 Fish boneless fillets
1 egg
1 cup Seasoned flour
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or plain breadcrumbs
1 tbsp milk
3 Burger Buns
Tartar sauce as per need
3 cheese slices

Instructions

Marinate Fish fillets with salt, lemon juice and pepper for 15-20 mins.
Beat 1 egg with little milk.
Dip fish in flour. Shake off excess flour. Dip in egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. Fry in medium hot oil in batches till light golden both sides (3--4 mins each side).
Place cheese on one side of bun and heat it on hot skillet till cheese just softens. Place fish fillets and tartar sauce. Cover with other piece of bun.
