Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6-7 leftover idli, flattened by cutting edge and top
  2. 1 cup readymade pizza sauce
  3. 1 cup available toppings you have at home
  4. 1 cup, grated cheese
  5. 1 tbsp butter to grill the idlis
  6. Oregano, chilli flakes as per your choice

Instructions

  1. First of all, make the left over idlis flattened on all the sides and remove extra top part to make the shape of tiny pizza base.
  2. Grill them with butter on non-stick pan.
  3. Apply readymade pizza sauce on top.
  4. Spread the veggies of your choice for toppings.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and serve hot!
  6. So your yummy and healthy pizza is ready to eat which is made from leftover idlis!
