make a delicious, healthy, nutritious sandwich made with leftover hummus. this sandwich is packed with nutrition & tastes equally yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. leftover hummus
  2. ½ cucumber
  3. ½ carrots
  4. 2 tsp parsley or coriander
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red Chili Flakes
  7. butter
  8. 4 slices of bread( brown or white)

Instructions

  1. grate the carrots & cucumber, finely chop the parsley or coriander, add salt & chili flakes to the hummus. keep aside.
  2. take the slices of bread and spread the butter on top of slice, add the hummus mixed with veggies on top of the slide. use another slice & close the sandwich.
  3. if you want you can grill the sandwich or have it just like that.
