Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 slices leftover pav
  2. 1 cup leftover bhaji
  3. 1 cup pulao
  4. 1 cup mixed vegetables
  5. 4-5 paneer slices
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Other Ingredients:
  11. Papad, salad, cabbage leaves, butter


  1. First of all, microwave the bhaji and pulao for 10 mins and keep them aside.
  2. Toss the pav on nonstick with butter and keep them aside.
  3. Saute the mixed veggies with salt, pepper and red chilli powder.
  4. Add paneer slices and mix well.
  5. Keep it aside.
  6. Now in hot sizzler plate or non-stick plate, spread cabbage leaves on whole plate.
  7. Place the pulao, pav and bhaji on it.
  8. Place the veggies and paneer on it.
  9. Increase the flame and apply the butter on sides to give the sizzling effect.
  10. Serve hot with papad and salad!
