Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. 2 big onion
  4. 2 big tomato
  5. Cauliflower chopped 1 bowl
  6. Green peas 1bowl
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. Turmeric
  11. Ginger garlic paste
  12. Pav bhaji Masala
  13. Carrot
  14. Butter
  15. 4 pav

Instructions

  1. All veggie boil it .The mash it well.
  2. Heat oil.Add ginger garlic paste, onion, saute till it browns.Then add tomato and all spice powders.Keep sauteing.
  3. Lastly, add the boiled veggies into it and saute for a while.When becomes semi thick switch off.Serve with buttered pav.
