Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For bhaji 1 small cauliflower
  2. Carrot small 2
  3. Beetroot 1/2 boiled and mashed
  4. Green pease half cup
  5. 1 medium capsicum chopped
  6. 1 big size onion fine chopped
  7. 2 mashed and boiled potatoes
  8. Pav bhaji masala 2 tbspoon
  9. Salt
  10. Tomato puree 1/4th cup
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1tbspoon
  12. Butter
  13. Cumin seeds
  14. Pav bread
  15. Chopped coriander and onion for garnishing


  1. Heat a pan add butter than add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds
  2. Now add onion and capsicum saute well for 2 minutes
  3. Now add tomato puree cook for 2 min
  4. Now add all the boiled vegetables and add the pav bhaji masala and salt
  5. Now add 1 cup water and cook for 10 mins
  6. Now mash all the vegetables with help of masher
  7. When you see a good consistency than close the flame and garnish with corianders
  8. Heat a pan and toast the pav on tava
  9. Can serve as it is or cut in multiple pcs
  10. Serve with onion and lemon
