Pav Bhaji is a lip-smacking recipe which is a favorite of almost everyone, be it a kid or an adult all love pav bhaji. Tasty spicy pav bhaji is simple to make and can be made on festivals to be enjoyed by all.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potatoes 6 no. s
  2. Veggies- cauliflower, 2 carrots, one cup peas, etc
  3. Salt
  4. Pav bhaji Masala
  5. Pav to be served on its side


  1. Boil 6 potatoes and mash them. Boil chopped veggies of your choice like cauliflower, peas, carrot etc and boil them separately. chopped onions and tomatoes are kept ready to start making bhaji.
  2. Heat oil in a khadai and add chopped onions.
  3. When the onions are nicely done add chopped tomatoes.
  4. When tomatoes are nicely sauted add salt according to taste.
  5. Add pav bhaji masala
  6. Saute well till masalas are done and leaves oil
  7. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and veggies.
  8. Add a generous amount of butter.
  9. Add water to adjust consistency and mash the bhaji.
  10. Cook well and garnish with chopped green coriander.
  11. Serve hot with a dollop of butter on top of bhaji and buttered and toasted pav on the sides.
  12. Relish, hot pav bhaji.
