Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken breast with leg 4nos.
  2. Ginger paste 1table spoon .
  3. Lemon juice 1table spoon.
  4. Kebab masala 1table spoon.
  5. Thick curd 1cup.
  6. Mint leaves 1/2cup.
  7. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Make cuts on chicken pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients to curd .whisk.
  3. Coat the marinade over chicken pieces.
  4. Keep in fridge for 2hours.
  5. After 2hours put chicken in a non stick psn and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes,while covered.
  6. If any water remain dry it.
  7. Put a wire rack on open flame.keep chicken pieces over it and roast on high flame
  8. Roadt till golden colour.remove from flame and serve.
