Keema naan chaap is basically a very famous street food of mumbai and surat. Naan is an indian bread which goes very well with every dish and every flavour whether it is creamy, cheesy, tangy or spicy and naan chaap is the perfect combination of indian bread filled with keema masala.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mince 500 gms
  2. Naan 6
  3. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp+ 2 tsp
  4. Green chilly paste 2 tsp
  5. Black paper powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Potatoes 3 to 4 medium sized (boiled n mashed)
  8. tomatoes 2 + 2= 4 medium sized (chopped(
  9. Onion 2 + 2= 4 medium sized (chopped)
  10. Butter as required
  11. Oil 2 to 3 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Green chillies chopped 1/2 cup
  14. Red chilly powder 3 to 4 tsp
  15. Coriender powder 2 tsp
  16. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  18. Garam masala powder 2 tsp
  19. 1 cup chopped Coriender
  20. 1 Lemon
  21. for dip.....
  22. Mayonnaise 1 cup
  23. green Coriender chutney 2 to 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut naan into two halves like a sandwich bread and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan add washed and clean kheema, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, black paper powder and salt. Cook keema till it changes color and its water gets burn. keep it aside.
  3. Now take another pan and put it on medium flame, add butter and oil, add cumin. saute for a few seconds, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies. add 2 chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, Coriender powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt. mix well and saute till tomatoes becomes pulpy.
  4. Add cooked keema, again 2 chopped tomatoes little water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, Add 2 chopped onion n again cook for 5 minutes. now add boiled and mashed potatoes, Coriender leaves, lemon juice and mix nicely.
  5. And the keema mixture is done.
  6. Halve naan horizontally Heat some butter on tawa and toast the naan halves
  7. Make a dip of Coriender chutney and mayonnaise.
  8. Apply it on both the sides of naan halves.
  9. Put a thick layer of kheema mixture on naan. add some chopped onion on top.
  10. Cover the top half of the naan and place the sandwich back on a hot tawa. Apply butter on top of the sandwiches and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  11. Cut into pieces and arrange it on a plate. surve hot.
