    Ingredients to make Garlic naan

    • maida-1 cup
    • wheat flour-1 cup
    • garlic paste-2 tsp
    • salt-1 tsp
    • Dry active yeast-1 tsp
    • sugar-1 tsp
    • curd-4 tsp
    • Oil/ghee-3 tbsp
    • water-1 cup
    • kalonji -2 tsp
    • Finely chopped green garlic-2 tbsp
    • coriander-2 tbsp
    • Ghee or butter for applying on naan

    How to make Garlic naan

    1. Take warm water in a cup,add sugar and yeast to it.Stir well and keep for 10 minutes.
    2. Take both flours,curd,salt,crushed garlic,oil in a bowl and add the proofed yeast mix to this.Knead a soft dough.
    3. Cover with a kitchen napkin and keep in warm place for around 2 hours.
    4. Dough doubles up in size after 2 hours.Make lemon sized balls and cover again for half an hour.
    5. Take kalonji,coriander leaves and green garlic in a plate,mix.
    6. Take one ball ,roll in small round and place this disc on the kalonji mixture.
    7. Take it on rolling board and press lightly so that everything sticks..Roll into oblong shape.
    8. On a hot tawa,place the garlic side facing the pan.
    9. When this side browns nicely take the naan with tongs and put the uncooked side directly on flame.R oast till brown.
    10. Keep on plate and apply ghee.Serve hot.
