  2. Bottke gourd 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take the left over pesarrattu batter or moong dal dosa batter and add 1 cup of grated bottle gourd and make dosa ..
  2. Take tawa and make dosa with that batter and close with a lid for 2 mins
  3. After 2 mins flip and dosa and add some oil and let it cook for 5 mins
  4. Bottle gourd dosa is ready and can be served with hot steamed rice and ghee
