Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover beetroot
  2. Leftover carrot
  3. Leftover Milk
  4. Nuts
  5. Sugar half cup
  6. Ghee 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. No pressure cooker add grated carrot grated beetroot milk and mix well
  2. Colour with lid and cook it for 5 minutes
  3. Heat ghee in a pan add nuts and roast it
  4. Then add cooked carrot beetroot mixture and sugar and cook it for 10 minutes or until get perfect texture
