When i have left over rotis, i often make this as an healthy dessert

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over Roti 4
  2. Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
  3. Pure ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Jaggery 2 tbsp grated
  5. Raisins 10 to 12
  6. Sliced nuts 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Tawa roast the sesame seeds till golden
  2. Grind the sesame seeds along with the chapati
  3. Add ghee to a pan and add the raisins and nuts and fry them
  4. Add the powdered Chapati and sesame
  5. Add the jaggery
  6. Mix well
  7. Serve warm.
