Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled eggs- 2 cut into 2 pieces
  2. Gram flour 200 gm
  3. Bread- 3 slices cut into 4 pieces
  4. Paneer 100gms cut into cubes
  5. Vegetables of your choice.
  6. Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
  7. Green chilli-1
  8. Coriander leaves a bunch
  9. Asafoetida a pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cornflour 1 tbsp
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make smooth batter of gram flour cornflour salt and spices. Sprinkle salt and chilli powder over paneer, eggs and vegetables.
  2. Dip each in batter and deep fry.
