Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For fritters
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. Curd ½ cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Chopped green chilli 1
  6. Finely Chopped coriander leaves 2 spoon
  7. Grated caroot ¼ cup
  8. 2 onions finely chopped
  9. Baking soda 1 pinch
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Water as per requirement
  12. For chutney
  13. 150 gram coriander leaves roughly chopped
  14. 2 green chilli
  15. 4 cloves garlic
  16. Thick Curd 2 spoon
  17. Water as required
  18. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. For chutney put all ingredients in mixer jar and grind into smooth chutney
  2. Take out in a bowl
  3. For fritters mix all ingredients in a bowl except oil
  4. Make a thick batter by adding water
  5. Deep fry fritters in hot oil
  6. Serve hot with chutney
