ABOUT Veg Hot & Sour soup RECIPE

This is a very healthy soup for everyone, loaded with goodness of vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 1 grated carrot
  3. 4,5 chopped beans
  4. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  5. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. salt
  9. 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water
  10. 1/3 cup water
  11. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  12. Half grated cabbage
  13. chopped spring onions with the greens - 2 tbsp
  14. half cup boiled corn

Instructions

  1. These are the chopped vegetables used.
  2. heat some oil in a saucepan.
  3. Add the garlic ginger paste on a high flame for a few seconds.
  4. Add all the vegetables and sauté on a high flame for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cornflour mixture, mix well and cook on a high flame for a minute, while stirring continuously. Serve hot with immediately...
