Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finely chopped carrot hundred grams
  2. Finely chopped capsicum 50 gram
  3. Finely chop cabbage 100 grams
  4. Finely chopped onion bulbs hundred grams
  5. Finely chopped green onion leaf four tablespoon
  6. Finely chopped garlic one teaspoon
  7. Finely chopped Ginger 1 tablespoon
  8. Oil..4 tbspoon
  9. Grated green chilly...1 tspoon
  10. Coriander...
  11. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  12. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  13. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  14. Corn flour two tbsp diluted in water
  15. black pepper powder one teaspoon
  16. For potli.....
  17. Refined flour...100gm
  18. salt as per taste
  19. Oil 1tspoon
  20. Cottage cheese..100gm
  21. Spinach...50gm
  22. Dil...50gm
  23. Finely chopped Green chilly..2
  24. Cumin seed..1tspun

Instructions

  1. for potli....
  2. make a medium hard dough from refined flour water oil and salt
  3. For stuffing...
  4. In a pan pour 1tbspoon of oil
  5. Add cumin seed as it crackle
  6. Add green chilly, cottage cheese ,spinach and dill
  7. Saute it till its water reduces
  8. When it becomes dry form switch off the flame.
  9. Add some black pepper
  10. Sprinkle coriander
  11. take a small piece of dough
  12. Roll it in big size
  13. Now take a small round mould
  14. Make small puris and fill the stuffing
  15. Make small size potli from it
  16. All potlis are done
  17. Now take pan on flame and add some oil
  18. Add all vegies one by one and saute it
  19. When it become tender add 4 bowls of water
  20. Let it boil for some time
  21. Now add soya sauce,chilly sauce, vinegar
  22. Now put all the potlis and let it boil
  23. Let it boil and then add corn flour mix
  24. Again let it boil for some time but continuously stir it
  25. When soup becomes thicken and shine comes over it
  26. Switch off the flame
  27. Sprinkle coriander and black pepper powder
  28. And hot and sour potli soup is ready
