This biscuits are so yummy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 to 6 leftover roti
  2. 1/4 cup butter
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1/8 tsp backing soda
  5. 1/8 tsp backing powder
  6. Pinch food colour
  7. 1 tbsp chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Take the grinder put the roti place in it.
  2. Now grind it nicely.
  3. Roti place are grinded very well.
  4. Take a bowl put the grinder mixers in it
  5. Take a another bowl put the butter and sugar in it.
  6. Whisk the butter and sugar nicely .
  7. Mixer is so fluffy
  8. Now add cardamom powder and food colour.
  9. Mix it well.
  10. Add roti mixer in it.
  11. Mix it well make a dough.
  12. Now dough is ready rest in few minutes.
  13. Take a plate take aluminum foil and cover the plate.
  14. Take small portion of dough make biscuits.
  15. Garnish from chopped nuts.
  16. Dough balls are ready to back.
  17. Take a tawa and spread salt on it.
  18. Take a big bowl put the bowl on tawa.
  19. Prihite the tawa tandur.
  20. Put the biscuits plate on it.
  21. Again cover from bowl and bake it to slow flame 30 to 35 minutes.
  22. After bake check the biscuits.
  23. Biscuits are nicely baked.
  24. Biscuits are cool down serve with tea.
  25. Enjoy.
