Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Malabar Parottas 4
  2. Dates seedless 5 finely chopped
  3. Almonds sliced 7
  4. Pistachio powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Raisins 10
  6. Leftover Shirkand 1.5 cup or as required
  7. Chocolate sprinklers for garnishing
  8. Oreo cookies 1 for garnishing
  9. Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Yogurt if required ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Firstly reheat the parottas for few seconds .
  2. Cool the Parottas and tear them to bits .
  3. Transfer the parotta bits to a bowl .
  4. Now add the shirkand to the parotta pieces .
  5. Add the pistachio powder , nuts , chopped dates , cardamom powder .
  6. Mix completely . Parotta pieces should look Shirkand absorbed and not dry . If required add hung yogurt and any sweetener to adjust the creamy consistency .
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes .
  8. Take a round large cookie cutter / mould . Fill it up with the parotta pudding .
  9. Sprinkle chocolate sprinklers on top .
  10. Demould the pudding . Top it up with Oreo and extra sprinklers if preferred .
  11. Parotta pudding is ready .
  12. Serve chilled .
