ABOUT Leftover Dal rice ball. RECIPE

This is a fried ball. Which i have made from leftover dal and rice and leftover panir and coated with papad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice...1 cup
  2. Leftover dal as needed
  3. Panir 2 table spoon
  4. Roasted chick peas powder..1 tab.spoon
  5. Papad 2
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add rice and dal and roasted chick peas powder
  2. Mix it properly if needed, add chilly powder coriander powder garam masala and salt.
  3. Take mashed panir added some salt
  4. Make a small ball
  5. Now take all dal and rice mixture and put inside panir ball.
  6. Now make a big ball from dal mixed rice.
  7. Crush papad in plate.
  8. Roll dis ball in it.
  9. Slowely put it in hot oil for frying.
  10. Turn it slowely in all sides
  11. When it comes golden in colour take it out from oil and
  12. Decorate it with green chuttney and tomato sauce mixed mayonese.
  13. And your dal rice turned in beautiful big hot ball.
  14. Serve with rolled papad.
