During festivals or party there are so many sweets and curds left.so lets try mithai lassi.I learned this recipe from chef Ranveer Barar mithe bahane.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3 motichur laddoo
  2. 1 barfi
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 4-5 ice cubes
  5. 1 pinch cardamom powder
  6. 1 pinch black paper powder ( optional )
  7. Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a blender or mixi jar put curd, motichur laddoo, barfi and ice cubes blend it until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass and sprinkle cardamom powder and black pepper powder.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
