Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients to make Stuffed Tomato

  • 2 big red tomatoes
  • 1 slab panneer smashed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 /2 tomato chopped
  • coriander for garnish
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup cashewnuts paste (cashewnuts + milk )
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp kasturi methi
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4to5 mushrooms chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp red chilli pd
  • 1tsp garam masala pd

How to make Stuffed Tomato

  1. In a Kadai add oil fry onions, tomatoes fry till light pink then add ginger , garlic paste, mix well then off the gas too cool then grind into smooth paste
  2. Then in a Kadai add butter fry kasuri methi then add red chilli pd, then add the paste keep stirring till oil comes out then add garam masala pd, coriander chopped, salt , then add cashew nuts paste mix well
  3. Then in another Kadai add oil fry chopped onions, tomatoes chopped fry till light pink then add Pinch of turmeric, salt, red chilli pd, garam masala pd mix well then add smashed paneer mix well
  4. Cut the tomato into half remove the pulp then in a Kadai add oil shallow fry the tomato fr sometime then add the stuffing inside it an then add the stuffed tomato to the gravy

My Tip:

You can keep the stuffed tomato in the oven also
