Stuffed Potato

Ingredients to make Stuffed Potato

  • potato 5 big size
  • Cashew or peanuts 1/2 cup crushed
  • Chez 250gm
  • salt to use
  • oil 3 tsp
  • Back Paper 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1 bowl
  • oil for frying
  • tomato puri 1 bowl
  • Onion chilli pest 1/2 bowl
  • ginger garlic pest 2 tsp
  • Coriender chopped 4 tsp
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Asafetida 2 pinch
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp

How to make Stuffed Potato

  1. Boiled potatoes with 3 vessels and peal it.
  2. Black paper, (cashew or Peanuts ) , salt and coriander leaf mix it very well.
  3. Cut Potatoes in 2 pic and cut a hole type in inner side.
  4. Filled it with chez mixture. Make a thick batter of wheat flour and salt. Dip filled potato from filled side.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and drop potato fry it in golden color on light flame.
  6. Again heat oil in pan asafetida, cumin seeds , onion pest, ginger garlic pest fry it.
  7. Mix tomato puri and fresh cream continue saute with spatula.
  8. Mix water , salt added after 1 boiling . After 10 Min add in fry potatoes. Bake it minimum 10 min.
  9. And gas off mix coiriender leaf. Served with rice , paratha, puri or nan. Garnish it with fresh cream and green coriender.

My Tip:

You can use Cashew or peanuts. Also make it without onion garlic.
