Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potato 5 big size
  2. Cashew or Peanuts 1/2 cup crushed
  3. Chez 250gm
  4. Salt to use
  5. Oil 3 tsp
  6. Back Paper 1/2 tsp
  7. Fresh cream 1 bowl
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Tomato puri 1 bowl
  10. Onion chilli pest 1/2 bowl
  11. Ginger garlic pest 2 tsp
  12. Coriender chopped 4 tsp
  13. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  14. Asafetida 2 pinch
  15. coriander powder 1 tsp
  16. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  17. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  18. Turmeric 1/2 tsp


  1. Boiled potatoes with 3 vessels and peal it.
  2. Black paper, (cashew or Peanuts ) , salt and coriander leaf mix it very well.
  3. Cut Potatoes in 2 pic and cut a hole type in inner side.
  4. Filled it with chez mixture. Make a thick batter of wheat flour and salt. Dip filled potato from filled side.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and drop potato fry it in golden color on light flame.
  6. Again heat oil in pan asafetida, cumin seeds , onion pest, ginger garlic pest fry it.
  7. Mix tomato puri and fresh cream continue saute with spatula.
  8. Mix water , salt added after 1 boiling . After 10 Min add in fry potatoes. Bake it minimum 10 min.
  9. And gas off mix coiriender leaf. Served with rice , paratha, puri or nan. Garnish it with fresh cream and green coriender.
