Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For bun
  2. 1 cup refined flour
  3. half cup lukewarm milk
  4. one spoon sugar
  5. one spoon dry active yeast
  6. half spoon salt
  7. 2 spoon oil
  8. Milk for brushing on bun
  9. For stuffing
  10. 2 boiled potato
  11. ½ cup finely chopped onion, capsicum,carrot
  12. ⅛ spoon cumin seeds
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  15. Coriander powder ½ spoon
  16. Red chilli powder ⅛ spoon
  17. Garam masala ½ spoon
  18. Dried mango powder ¼ spoon
  19. Oil 2 spoon


  1. Mix sugar and yeast in Lukewarm milk and cover for 20 minutes
  2. Take flour in a bowl and make a whole in between add salt and oil
  3. Add activated yeast and mix well
  4. Knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm milk and punch for 15 minutes
  5. Brush with oil and cover for 2 hour
  6. It will triple in size
  7. For stuffing break potatoes in small pieces
  8. Heat oil and add cumin seeds
  9. Saute veggies for 5 minutes and add potatoes and see spices
  10. Mix well and switch off the flame
  11. Let it cool
  12. Devide the dough in equal portion and make small bowl from 1 portion
  13. Add 1 spoon stuffing in between and stick all edges together by pressing with fingers
  14. Brush with milk and bake for 15 minutes on 180°
