Egg Bun

Ingredients to make Egg Bun

  • 3 noa. Whole wheat bun or normal bun
  • 3 nos. egg
  • oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 small tomato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oregano

How to make Egg Bun

  1. Cut the top of bun and scoop out some bun with knife from base of bun and then fry in oil a little.
  2. Chop all vegetable. Saute onion,capsicum and tomatoes in a on for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add salt ,pepper and oregano for taste and turn off the heat.
  4. Add a tablespoon of this mixture in the bun.
  5. Break one egg and add it on the bun onto vegetables
  6. Now microwave the same for 2-3 minutes
  7. Sprinkle some salt over the egg and serve hot.
