Ingredients to make Instant Bun Cake

  • 1 sweet bun
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup icing sugar

How to make Instant Bun Cake

  1. Whip the cream with icing sugar and keep it aside.
  2. Cut the banana into pieces and caramelize it with sugar. Keep it aside to cool.
  3. Cut the bun in the middle. Set the whipped cream layer like a cake and cover the top with a piece of bun.
  4. On the top, set a thin layer of cream, then place the banana and the melted chocolate on top of it.
  5. Garnish with cream and serve.
