  1. Water 2 litres
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Powdered rai...2 table spoon
  4. White pepper powder...1/8 tea spoon
  5. Soaked and squeezed vada ...4

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, rai and white pepper powder in water and keep under sun or at hot place for 3 days
  2. Put squeezed bhalla in it and enjoy kaanji i vada
  3. You may add tamarind water for extra sourness
