Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For sour kanji
  2. 2 letter water
  3. 6 tsp grinded mustard powder
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp haldi
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. 1 pinch hingh
  9. For vada
  10. 2 cup moong daal
  11. 1 tabsp urad daal
  12. 1/2tsp b powder .....
  13. 2 cup oil


  1. Put water In a clean container
  2. Add salt haldi red chilli powder mustard powder hing sugar into water
  3. Mix it very well
  4. Closed this water container with lid and keep it in sunlight for 3 or 4 days
  5. After 3_4 days your sour kanji water is ready
  6. Vada method
  7. Washed and Soaked the both daal for overnight
  8. In morning grind it and make a past
  9. Put baking powder in it and keep beating the daal paste til become fluffy nd soft
  10. In a pan heat oil
  11. Put daal in hot oil with help your all fingers and make vada
  12. Keep frying til golden and keep vada on a plate
  13. Put hot vada into sour kanji water for 3-4 hours
  14. Vada will be tasty nd sour
  15. Enjoy
