Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup pattato boiled and mashed
  3. 1 tsp finely chopped green chili
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  5. 2-3 tbsp finely chhoped onion
  6. salt according to taste
  7. 1/2 cup roasted & crushed peanut
  8. oil for frying
  9. 2-3 tbsp curd
  10. Crushed red chili 1 tsp


  1. Take a mixing bowl add cooked rice, boiled and mashed pattato, finely chhoped Green chili, ginger, onion, salt and mix it
  2. Make shape it tikki and shallow fry it on preheated pan both side golden brown
  3. Now take a plate keep it and spread some curd on tikki pour some roasted and crushed peanuts sprinkle some red crushed chili salt and serve it
