Lauki chane ki daal made with left over lauki ki sabji

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Left over lauki ki sabji.a..1 cup
  2. Chana daal...1 cup
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Desi ghee...1 tea spoon
  5. Turmeric powder....1/4 tea spoon
  6. Jeera...1/2 tea spoon
  7. Red chilly powder...a pinch

Instructions

  1. A pic of left over lauki ki sabji
  2. Put chana daal in cooker with salt and turmeric powder
  3. Add lauki ki sabji and half of desi ghee
  4. Pressure cook to 7 or 8 whistles, check if done, otherwise little more pressure cooking is required
  5. In a tadka pan add remaining ghee add jeera and red chilly powder and give tadka to the serving bowl itself. Enjoy
