Lauki coconut rolls made up from left over lauki burfee

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lauki burfee 4 pieces
  2. Dessicated coconut 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Microwave burfee for 10 seconds, take care not to take burfee with warq on top, otherwise it blasts
  2. Now mix dessicated coconut in it, leave a tea spoon of the same for rolling and make pedas
  3. Now roll these pedas on coconut powder
  4. Enjoy
