Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. khoya-2 cup
  2. sugar-1.5 cup
  3. ghee-2 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder-2 tsp
  5. bottlegourd grated ( Lauki)-2 cups
  6. milkmaid-1/2 cup
  7. coconut powder-1/2 cup
  8. Ghee for greasing
  9. mixed nuts chopped-1/2 cup


  1. 1.Take a heavy bottom pan, fry khoya and Stir continuously. When khoya changes its colour, add 1 tbsp.Ghee and fry till colour turns brown.
  2. 2. Mix sugar and cardamom powder and mix and allow Khoya to cool.
  3. 3.In a pan take grated bottle gourd, boil it and mash.
  4. 4.Add condense milk, 1tbsp.ghee and mix well, add coconut Powder, stir continuously and cook till all the water dries up.
  5. 5. Mix cardamom powder ( elaichi powder)
  6. 6.Roll out the khoya mixture on a greased plastic sheet
  7. 7.Place lauki mixture on top of the khoya mixture.
  8. 8. Spread Dry fruit mixture & grated Coconut
  9. 9.Roll it
  10. 10.Refrigerate till firm
  11. 11. Remove the plastic sheet & cut into slices
  12. 12. Garnish each slice with Almond & Coconut
