Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1 tbsp ghee
  3. Desiccated coconut powder 1/4 cup
  4. Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
  5. 2 tsp mawa
  6. Chopped nuts 1 cup
  7. Pure ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Take maida, add 1 tbsp ghee (moyan) knead the dough and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl take coconut powder, sugar, mawa and nuts. Mix properly.
  3. Make small puri of maida dough, stuff the coconut filling. Paste it with ligament (made from water and maida). Make the shapes as you like. Fry on a medium flame till light pink in colour.
