  1. Idly batter...1 bowl
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil to grease appe pan

Instructions

  1. Grease appe pan and heat it, pour one tea spoonful of batter in the disc and cook it covered
  2. Flip when done and cook on other side too
  3. Enjoy with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice
