  • Dried idiyappam-2
  • oil-to fry
  • sugar-to taste

How to make Idiyappam fry

  1. Dried leftover idiyappam in sunlight for 2-3 days and store in air tight box.whenever you want snacks suddenly you try this.
  2. Heat oil and fry the dried idiyappam.
  3. When both sides turn crispy transfer to plate and immediately add sugar or sugar powder to this.
  4. Serve hot. Its taste is really yummy. Kids will love it.

My Tip:

Dry iddiyappam well. Then only it gives real taste otherwise it wil flop
