Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 leftover chapati
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cup soaked and boiled makhane
  4. 1 tbsp cashew paste
  5. 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. 1 tsp garlic paste
  7. 2 green chilli paste
  8. 2 tbsp fresh chopped spring onion
  9. 1 tsp mixed herb
  10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. 1 tbsp fresh cream
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 cup oil for fry
  15. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  16. Few raisins chopped


  1. First take leftover chapati and cook again on tawa till crisp, when done break this in small pieces and transfer in mixer jar and make crumbs and transfer in mixing bowl
  2. Add boiled potato and soaked and boiled makhane and mashed it nicely
  3. Now add ginger and garlic paste,green chilli,cashew,salt,pepper,chopped raisins, chopped spring onion, mixed herb, butter, fresh cream and finally add bread crumbs and mix nicely
  4. Heat oil in a pan and make small patties of this and shallow fry it till both side crisp
  5. Fry all patties like this
  6. Now leftover chapati kabab is ready to serve
