Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Farfalle pasta
  2. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  3. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  4. 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying


  1. Heat water in a deep vessel with salt and 1 tsp oil and when water starts boiling add pasta and cook only for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. We have to keep the pasta under cooked.
  3. Drain in a colander and rinse with water and let them dry completely by spreading them. You can also wipe them dry gently.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying.
  5. Now add the pasta one by one and fry till crispy and little golden brown from both sides.
  6. Take them out and divide them into 2 portions.
  7. Now make two flavorings.
  8. First flavour..mix garlic powder, cumin powder and salt and keep aside.
  9. Second flavour..mix taco seasoning and little salt and keep aside.
  10. Now mix first flavour in one portion of chips and mix nicely.
  11. Now mix second flavour in second portion of chips and mix nicely.
  12. Your crispy flavoured pasta chips are ready. Serve with dip of your choice.
  13. Tip: you can even shallow fry them or bake them. You can store the chips for 3 to 4 days in an airtight container.
  14. Tip: I also tried with chaat masala, even they came out awesome.
