Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 pav
  2. 2 tsp butter
  3. 1 inch ginger garlic chopped
  4. 2 cloves chopped
  5. 1 onion chopped
  6. 1 capsicum chopped
  7. 1 large tomato
  8. 1/2 chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 water as required
  12. 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. First on a tawa heat butter after saute chopped ginger and garlic till golden brown 2.Add onion and saute well further add chopped capsicum and continue to saute. 3. Add chopped tomato saute till they are soft now add masala . 4. Chilli powder pav bhaji masala and salt 5.now add little water mash cook the masala well. 6 . Now add butter on tawa and cut the pav into half then toast for minute now the masala over the pav and garnish coriander leaves.
