ABOUT Cheese Masala Pav RECIPE

Chopped onion and tomatoes with garlic red chutney and grated cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3 - Medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  2. 1 - Medium onion, finely chopped​
  3. 1 - Small capsicum
  4. 3 tbsp - Red garlic chutney
  5. 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  6. 2 tbs - Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  7. Salt as required
  8. 2 - Pav
  9. 3 tbsp - Grated Amul cheese
  10. 1 tbsp - Oil
  11. 1 tbsp - Amul butter
  12. 1 tbsp - Pav bhaji masala

Instructions

  1. In pan add oil & butter, heat it over medium flame and add onion & capsicums. Let it saute for sometime.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook then add red garlic chutney, salt, lemon juice & pav bhaji masala.
  3. Let it simmer. Add pav. Mix well. Add very little water if you feel it seems dry.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese. Serve hot with toasted pav.
