Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  4. Red chilli powder
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Coriander cumin powder
  7. Hing
  8. Garam masala
  9. 1/2 spoon sugar
  10. Pinch of soda
  11. 1 bowl butter milk
  12. Oil
  13. Musterd seeds
  14. Cumin seeds
  15. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take rice in mixing bowl.
  2. Add besan nd wheat flour into it
  3. Add 1 spoon oil
  4. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, hing and soda
  5. Bind them all together nd form Muthiyas
  6. Keep it aside
  7. In other bowl take buttermilk. add all dry spices into it and mx well.
  8. In a deep pan take some oil. Add mustered nd Cumin. Let it tempered.
  9. Add hing and buttermilk.
  10. Let it be hot not on boiling point.
  11. Start adding Muthiyas gradually.
  12. Let it cook completely.
  13. At least for 10 minutes. Add water if needed.
  14. Serve hot.
